Laura comes to SVCS with seven years of teaching experience in a variety of grade levels (3rd-5th), three of those years in multigrade settings. She has worked closely with the Common Core standards, is familiar with EngageNY and Fundations (our math and reading programs), and will receive additional training in both those areas. She is warm, wonderful and dedicated to all students! She looks forward to a new adventure at SVCS.
Laura will also be fulfilling the role of Middle School Coordinator at the Tilden building. In this position, she will be the point person at the middle school facility when an administrator is not present as well as assisting with scheduling, academic rigor and student well-being.
